What You’ll Do 🚀

  • Lead and oversee the global Customer Success team, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) through effective upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key international clients across Banking, Retail, Media, Ecommerce, and other sectors, ensuring long-term partnerships.

  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts and deliver tailored solutions, leveraging your deep experience in SaaS services to drive client success.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, listening actively to client needs and collaborating with internal teams to address challenges and maximize value.

  • Define and monitor performance metrics for the Customer Success team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.

  • Mentor and inspire the Customer Success team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Represent Indigitall at international events, building relationships with strategic clients and partners.

  • Travel internationally as needed to strengthen relationships and oversee key accounts.

Job requirements

  • Experience: Senior professional with 15+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales, with a strong focus on SaaS services and solutions.

  • Client-Centric: Exceptional ability to listen actively, understand client needs, and build trust-based, long-lasting relationships.

  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in a global context.

  • Strategic Thinker: Success in designing and executing strategies that drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Sales Acumen: Expertise in upselling and cross-selling, with a results-oriented approach.

  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Portuguese is highly valued.

  • Global Perspective: Experience working with international clients and navigating cross-cultural environments.

  • Location: Based in Madrid, with flexibility to travel internationally.
