We are a team of over 50 people, continuously working on expanding our product portfolio and acquiring new clients. We are currently in a phase of expansion and growth, with the aim of becoming leaders in Europe and LATAM with our Marketing Automation solution.


Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with proven experience on the platform and a strong focus on CRM solution integration and customization. If you are proactive, passionate about technology, and motivated by working in dynamic and ever-evolving environments, we want to meet you!


Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce, Hubspot, and other CRM platforms.
  • Implement and configure integrations with other external tools and platforms.
  • Manage and optimize CRM performance, ensuring high-quality implementations.
  • Collaborate with the business team to identify improvement opportunities in CRM processes.
  • Document and conduct quality testing to ensure the proper functioning of the developed solutions.
  • Provide technical and functional support during the implementation and maintenance phases of the product.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform, including development with Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Components.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce administration and advanced configuration of workflows, approval processes, and permissions.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SQL and experience in database operations.
